- In a small bowl, combine the cabbage, carrot and pineapple. In another small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; pour over pineapple mixture; toss to coat. Serve immediately.

ALOHA COLE SLAW
Called Holly's Cole Slaw in Pingry Cooks and was submitted by Bunny Raabe. It sounds Hawaiian to me with raisins and pineapple. Prebagged shredded cole slaw helps cut down on prep time. I guessed can ounces since the recipe just said "a can" for the pineapple tidbits.
