Amish Broccoli Salad Recipes

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower and bacon. In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and salt. Pour over salad and mix well. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Stir in the cheese.

• Combine the chopped broccoli and cauliflower in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, and salt to make a creamy dressing. Add the dressing to the broccoli-cauliflower mix, stirring to evenly coat the vegetables. Stir in the bacon and the cheese, reserving a small amount to sprinkle on top of the salad just before serving.

• Refridgerate until serving.

• 1. Chop broccoli & cauliflower. Fry bacon and crumble it and save some to sprinkle on top. Shred the cheese saving some to sprinkle on top. In a bowl, combine the sugar, salt, add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well combined. Sprinkle remaining cheese and bacon on top and chill salad for about 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to mingle.
