GLAZED APPLE CIDER CAKE
This is a super easy dressed-up Bundt® cake recipe that tastes like an apple cider donut! It's definitely a fall family favorite in our house.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a fluted tube pan (such as Bundt®) with cooking spray.
- Combine cake mix, 1 cup apple cider, eggs, butter, and vanilla pudding mix in a large bowl; mix until smooth. Pour batter into the tube pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 40 minutes.
- Stir confectioners' sugar and 3/4 cup apple cider together in a small bowl to make the glaze.
- Pour glaze over the cake and let soak into the cake and down the sides of the pan, about 30 minutes. Invert onto a plate and cool completely, about 30 minutes.

APPLE CIDER DOUGHNUT CAKE
Nothing says "fall" quite like an apple cider doughnut, and with this easy bundt, you get a crowd-friendly version of everyone's favorite seasonal treat. The yellow cake batter gets an apple infusion with cider and shredded apples before being baked and finished with a double sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Generously spray 12-cup fluted tube cake pan with baking spray with flour.
- In large bowl, beat cake mix, apple cider, 1/2 cup melted butter, the eggs, 2 teaspoons cinnamon and the nutmeg with electric mixer on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Stir in apples. Pour into pan.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven. Let stand 20 minutes; run metal spatula around outer and inside edges of pan to loosen cake. Remove from pan to cooling rack; place cooling rack over waxed paper.
- Brush top and sides of cake with 3 tablespoons melted butter. In small bowl, mix sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon until blended. Press 2 tablespoons cinnamon mixture up side and top of cake with hand. Let stand 20 minutes. Repeat with remaining cinnamon mixture. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
- Store loosely covered at room temperature.

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place diced apples evenly on the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt and spices.
- In a large bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of melted butter and 1/4 cup of brown sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla extract, followed by maple syrup. Whisk in half of the flour mixture, followed by 1/2 cup of apple cider. Whisk in remaining flour mixture until no streaks of dry ingredients remain. Pour over apples and spread into an even layer.
- Sprinkle batter with remaining brown sugar. Pour remaining 1/4 cup of melted butter and 3/4 cup apple cider over the top of the cake. Do not mix.
- Bake cake for 35-40 minutes, until cake is set and deep golden brown at the edges, and filling is bubbling. Cool for 15 minutes before serving with a scoop of ice cream or a splash of warmed cream!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a very large bowl, combine bread cubes, apple cubes and raisins.
- In another large bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar and all spices until well combined. Wish in milk and apple cider, then pour mixture over the bread cubes. Toss gently with a spatula until cubes are evenly coated. Let stand for 15 minutes.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan and smooth into an even layer.
- Bake for about 50 minutes, until bread pudding is puffed and lightly browned, and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Cool for at least 15 minutes (pudding will sink slightly) before serving.
- Store leftovers covered, in the refrigerator.
