Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into eight patties., In two large skillets, cook burgers in oil over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 160°., Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and wasabi; spread over buns. Serve burgers on buns with cabbage.

Steps:

  • Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Mix ground beef, green onion, hoisin sauce, Sriracha sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, ginger, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Divide meat mixture into quarters; form each portion into a patty.
  • Grill on the preheated grill until meat is browned and no longer pink inside, about 10 minutes per side.

Asian Chicken Burgers image

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Mist a baking sheet with cooking spray. Grate the carrot and 1/2 onion into a large bowl. Add the chicken, panko, 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce, the ginger, 3 teaspoons soy sauce and 1 teaspoon sambal oelek and mix until combined. Shape the chicken mixture into 4 patties and place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake until cooked through, about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, thinly slice the remaining 1/2 onion. Toss with the mushrooms, sesame oil, lime juice and the remaining 1 teaspoon soy sauce in a bowl. Mix the remaining 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce and 2 teaspoons sambal oelek with 1 tablespoon water in another bowl. Warm the hamburger buns in the oven. Serve the burgers on the buns with a drizzle of the hoisin-sambal sauce and some of the mushroom mixture.

  • Shape meat into six patties; place in a shallow dish. In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, garlic and pepper. Easy Asian Fusion Burgers image

Steps:

  • Heat a cast iron pan over medium-high heat.
  • Combine mayonnaise, cilantro, General Tso sauce, garlic, crushed red pepper, onion powder, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, and salt in a small mixing bowl; stir well.
  • Form ground beef into 4 patties; place into the hot pan. Add 3 to 4 drops of soy sauce to each burger; season with additional black pepper to taste. Steps:

  • Soak mushrooms in warm water to cover until softened, about 20 minutes. Drain, discard stems and finely chop caps.
  • Crumble meat into a large bowl. Add mushrooms, onion, water chestnuts, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, oyster-flavored sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well. Sprinkle cornstarch over meat mixture & mix well. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions into a patty about 1" thick.
  • Place patties on a oiled grill 3-4" above a solid bed of low-glowing coals or on a medium-high gas grill. Cook, turning once, until done to your liking, 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  • Serve in buns with your favorite condiments.
