BAKED CUBED PORK STEAK
These are melt in your mouth, fork tender cubed steaks. I had no plans to post this, but it was so delicious, I am posting it so I won't forget how I made it.

Steps:
- 1. Rub steaks on both sides with olive oil. Sprinkle Mrs. Dash, Tuscan seasoning and pepper on both sides. Place on a baking sheet that has been rubbed with olive oil.
- 2. Place on second from bottom rack of a 375° oven and cook for 15 min. Flip steaks over and cook another 10-15 min.

- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, salt and pepper. Add steaks, one at a time, and shake to coat. In a large skillet, brown steaks on both sides in oil until no longer pink. Set aside and keep warm. , Add the onion, potatoes and beans to skillet; stir in soup. Return steaks to skillet. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until meat is tender. Sprinkle with paprika.

CUBE STEAKS BAKED IN GRAVY
After looking over all the cube steak recipes this is what I came up with. My family loved these and now they want cube steaks at least once a week!! Fork tender you don't need a knife for these! Mashed potatoes go well with these.

Steps:
- Brown the cube steaks in 1 tablespoon butter, until browned on both sides.
- Transfer the browned cube steaks to a covered casserole dish.
- Saute the onions and Mushrooms in remaining tablespoon butter until softened about 5-6 minutes.
- Place the mushroom/onion mixture over the browned cube steaks in casserole dish.
- Mix the soups until well combined, add the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, kitchen bouquet stirring until well combined.
- Pour mixture over cube steaks and mushroom onion mixture.
- Place in preheated 350°F oven, covered and bake for 2 hours.
COMFORTING CUBE STEAKS
These steaks are wonderful and easy to make. They also make their own gravy. Wonderful served with rice.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Season the steaks on both sides with Cajun seasoning and black pepper. Place the steaks into the prepared baking dish. Pour the lemon-lime beverage over them. Combine the cream of mushroom soup and dry onion soup mix, and pour over the steaks.
- Bake, uncovered, for about 1 hour, or until meat reaches desired doneness. Do not open the oven door during the first hour of cooking. Serve steaks with gravy spooned over.

- Place flour in shallow dish. Add steaks, 1 or 2 at a time, and turn to coat completely. , In a skillet, cook steaks in oil until lightly browned on each side. Transfer to a 3-qt. slow cooker. Add the onion and 2 cups water. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until meat is tender. , In a bowl, whisk together gravy mixes with remaining water. Add to slow cooker; cook 30 minutes longer. Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350. Heat olive oil in large (cast iron works best) skillet on med-med/high heat.
- 2. Mix flour, salt & pepper (I prefer fresh ground) in pie plate.
- 3. Dredge cubed steaks in flour mixture.
- 4. Brown steaks maybe 5 min. per side.
- 5. Turning over a few times.
- 6. Place cooked cubed steaks in a deep casserole dish. Drain oil from skillet, reserving steak/flour residue.
- 7. Mix soup mix with 2 cups water in a bowl.
- 8. Pour water into cast iron skillet.
- 9. Turn heat higher whisking to loosen browned bits in skillet. I sometimes add some of the leftover flour at this time... mixture does not need to be thick as it thickens in the oven.
- 10. Pour this mixture over cubed steaks.
- 11. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour.
- 12. Makes its own gravy & cubed steaks are so tender, you won't need a knife!

- In a heavy pan, heat olive oil.
- Put garlic in oil and cook until fragrant (about 1-2 min.).
- Salt and pepper both sides of steaks.
- Brown cube steaks in hot pan.
- Place cube steaks in a baking dish and cover with mushroom soup.
- Foil or lid on top of dish and bake for 60 minute at 350.
- Remove from oven carefully lifting foil not to get burned. Place meat on serving dish. Top with flat leaf parsley and cheese.
