Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, mix together the pineapple, sugar, cornstarch, water, eggs and vanilla. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Dot the mixture with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 1 hour.

Steps:

Combine juice from canned pineapple, water, brown sugar, vinegar, and cornstarch in a saucepan; bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened and you notice a change in color, about 5 minutes.
Stir pineapple chunks, green bell pepper, and luncheon meat into sauce and simmer until heated through, about 10 minutes.

Steps:

Slice Spam about 1/2 inch thick.
Mix stuffing mix according to package with the exception of not cooking it.
Drain pineapple slices.
Now grease a loaf type baking dish and start with one slice of spam (stacking on edge), then one slice of pineapple slice (on edge), then a large spoon of stuffing.
Repeat until all is used and the dish is full.
Bake at 375 degrees F.
until lightly browned and heated through.
