This recipe was passed down from my mother. It's now a stand-by for me as well as our three grown daughters. It's a great dish to pass at potlucks.-Ruth Jost, Clear Lake, Iowa

Steps:

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add the noodles and remaining ingredients., Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Cover and bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Uncover; bake 30-35 minutes longer or until bubbly.

Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions., Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender; drain. Add next 10 ingredients. Drain noodles; stir into mixture. , Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes or until heated through. Freeze option: Cool unbaked casserole; cover and freeze. To use, partially thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake casserole as directed, increasing time as necessary to heat through and for a thermometer inserted in center to read 165°.

Cook noodles 10 minute in boiling water. Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a large bowl, mix soup, milk, onion, corned beef and cheese.
Add cooked noodles and mix thoroughly.
Grease 2 quart casserole.
Pour mixture into casserole.
Bake in preheated 350 deg. oven.
40-45 minute until bubbly.

1. cook noodles in boiling salted water. drain, and combine with remaining ingredients except corned beef...mix well, then fold in corned beef last, to keep some chunks intact!.. pour into buttered baking dish or pan, and cover with buttered breadcrumbs.

Brown slightly & pour off some of the grease.
Add tomatoes and noodles.
