Steps:
- In a large bowl or shallow dish, combine flour, salt and pepper. Add beef slices, a few pieces at a time. Toss gently to coat., In a Dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat. Brown beef in batches. Add onion; cook and stir until tender, 3-4 minutes. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Add tomatoes; bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, until meat is tender, 10-15 minutes., Stir in green peppers, broth and Worcestershire sauce; simmer, covered, until peppers are tender, 10-15 minutes. Serve with rice.

- Heat oil in skillet, brown beef on all sides. Add the garlic and continue to cook for 2 minutes. Add onion, peppers and broth; cover and simmer 20 minutes. , Combine water and cornstarch; stir into broth. Cook and stir until gravy is thick and shiny. Add seasonings. Serve over hot cooked rice.

Very tender and flavorful, this recipe is one of our family's favorites. It's great to make ahead of time in the slow cooker and then serve over rice, egg noodles, or chow mein.

- Sprinkle strips of sirloin with garlic powder to taste. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil and brown the seasoned beef strips. Transfer to a slow cooker.
- Mix bouillon cube with hot water until dissolved, then mix in cornstarch until dissolved. Pour into the slow cooker with meat. Stir in onion, green peppers, stewed tomatoes, soy sauce, sugar, and salt.
- Cover, and cook on High for 3 to 4 hours, or on Low for 6 to 8 hours.

BEEF WITH TOMATO AND GREEN PEPPERS
Steps:
- 1. Carefully slice beef into thin bite size pieces about 1x1 inches.
- 2. Be sure you slice beef across the grain, otherwise the beef will become tough after cooking.
- 3. Marinate meat in soya sauce, wine, salt for a few minutes.
- 4. In the meantime slice tomatoes, green peppers and the onion. Then mince the garlic.
- 5. Make up corn starch solution (mix the cornstarch with the 1/2 cup of water).
- 6. Have sugar on hand.
- 7. Heat oil up in wok until smoking.
- 8. Stir fry beef quickly in it for no longer than 3 minutes.
- 9. Remove beef to a platter.
- 10. Reserve. (If beef is allowed to remain cooking in wok with other ingredients, it will become hard and tough.)
- 11. Add green peppers and tomatoes to wok.
- 12. Add sugar, cook tomatoes down until juice forms in bottom of wok (about 3-5 minutes cooking time).
- 13. Add beef back into wok.
- 14. Stir all ingredients up so that it is mixed.
- 15. Add corn starch solution, cook 1 minute.
- 16. Shut burner off, serve dish immediately.

- Mix cornstarch, soy sauce and water until smooth. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat; stir-fry beef until browned, 2-3 minutes. Here's a delicious stuffed pepper recipe that's easy to make. Each green bell pepper contains ground beef, onion, tomatoes, rice and cheese, and is cooked in tomato soup.

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cut the tops off the peppers, and remove the seeds. Cook peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes; drain. Sprinkle salt inside each pepper, and set aside.
- In a large skillet, saute beef and onions for 5 minutes, or until beef is browned. Drain off excess fat, and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the tomatoes, rice, 1/2 cup water and Worcestershire sauce. Cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, or until rice is tender. Remove from heat, and stir in the cheese.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. (175 degrees C). Stuff each pepper with the beef and rice mixture, and place peppers open side up in a baking dish. In a medium bowl, combine tomato soup with just enough water to make the soup a gravy consistency. Pour over the peppers.
- Bake covered for 25 to 35 minutes, until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
