SUNNY'S GARLIC RANCH BURGER
Steps:
- 1. Season and rest the beef. In a large bowl, using your hands mix together beef, Worcestershire, scallions (green onions) and garlic, seasoning well with salt and pepper. Make 6 even patties and drizzle oil on both sides. Rest room temperature for 1 hour.
- 2. Cook the burgers. Heat a large grill pan over medium-high heat. Sear patties until golden brown on the bottom then flip and sear until cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Add cheese 1 minute before removing and allow to melt. Cook in batches, if necessary.
- 3. Top with cheese and rest. Remove all patties to a plate and place Swiss cheese on each patty. Cover lightly with aluminum foil and to rest 5 minutes before assembling. Serve inside hamburger buns topped with lettuce, tomato and Hidden Valley for Everything Topping and Dip.

- 1. Pour vegetable oil into a cast iron or fry pan and heat until oil shimmers. Sprinkle hamburger patty with salt and pepper on both sides and add to hot fry pan.
- 2. While burger is cooking, add bun, cut side down, to fry pan. Heat until grilled, 2 to 3 minutes, then remove.
- 3. Cook burger to desired doneness and turn off heat. Lay pepper jack cheese on burger and cover pan until melted.
- 4. Spread Thousand Island dressing on bottom of bun and layer burger, Vlasic® Bread and Butter Chips and Vlasic® Hot Jalapeño Slices on top. Add lettuce and top of bun.

- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with hands until well blended. Form beef mixture into balls about 3 to 4 ounces each. Place in a greased baking dish, cover with foil and place in oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and check to make sure they have cooked completely through. Remove the foil and place back into oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and let sit for 15 minutes to let some of the juices absorb back into the meatballs. Drain remaining grease and serve with your favorite pasta and sauce.
