Steps:
- Mix together flour, sugar, & butter.
- Reserve 3/4 cup of this mixture for topping.
- To remainder, add salt, baking powder, vanilla, milk, & egg yolks.
- Blend well.
- Beat egg whites until firm; fold into batter and pour into 9" X 13" baking pan.
- Sprinkle blueberries over top, and then remainder of reserved flour/sugar/butter mixture.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-50 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease and flour a 9x13-inch pan.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, 1 1/2 cups sugar, baking powder, salt,butter, milk, and eggs.
- Blend at low speed till dry ingredients are moistened then on medium speed for 3 minutes.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Arrange blueberries evenly on top of batter.
- Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or till cake springs back when touched in the center.
- Cut into squares and serve warm with whipped cream or ice-cream.

- Adjust an oven rack to the middle position and heat to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- Whisk 2 cups of the flour, the baking powder, and salt together in a medium bowl. With an electric mixer, beat the butter and sugars on medium-high speed until fluffy, about 2 minutes.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, beating until just incorporated. Reduce the speed to medium and beat in one-third of the flour mixture until incorporated; beat in 1/2 cup of the milk. Beat in half of the remaining flour mixture, then the remaining 1/2 cup milk and finally the remaining flour mixture.
- Toss the blueberries in a small bowl with the remaining 1 teaspoon flour. Using a rubber spatula, gently fold the blueberries into the batter. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
