Steps:
- Place squash in a large saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 12-16 minutes or until tender. Drain., In a small bowl, beat squash until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients; beat well. Spoon into a 1-1/2-qt. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a thermometer inserted in the center reads 160°.

The best darn butternut squash casserole there is. Your family will melt when they put this warm, sweet casserole in their mouths. It's so good, they'll want it for dessert! This recipe has been in our family for years - passed down from generation to generation. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Steps:
- Peel squash, just like peeling a potato Boil squash until tender (like making mashed potatoes) Scoop out flesh, discard any seeds Mash squash Cream butter and sugar in a seperate container, add eggs, evaporated milk, vanilla and cinnamon Measure out 2 C mashed/cooked squash and add to the above mixture Stir very will until thoroughly mixed.
- Pour into 11 x 7 baking pan Bake on med-hi heat (350) for 45 minutes While the squash is baking, begin prep for topping.
- Finely chop corn flakes until you have a full 1/2 cup Mix all ingredients (it will get sticky!) well Evenly distribute topping over Casserole and bake an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Topping should be approx.
- 1/4- 1/3 inches thick.
- If not-- MAKE MORE!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter or spray a 3-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Stir butternut squash, 1/4 cup softened butter, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
- Melt 1 1/2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium heat; stir in apples and white sugar. Cover skillet and simmer over low heat until apples are barely tender, 5 to 10 minutes.
- Whisk flour, oats, 1/3 cup brown sugar, and cinnamon together in a bowl. Cut 1/4 cup butter into flour mixture using a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; stir in pecans.
- Spread apple mixture into the prepared casserole dish. Spoon butternut squash mixture over apples; sprinkle with topping.
- Bake in the preheated oven until bubbling and lightly browned, about 25 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place a steamer insert into a saucepan and fill with water to just below the bottom of the steamer. Bring water to a boil. Add butternut squash, cover, and steam until tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer squash to a large bowl.
- Add carrot, onion, sour cream, cream of celery soup, and cream of chicken soup to the squash. Mix well. Spread evenly in a 9x13-inch pan.
- Place stuffing mix in a separate bowl and pour melted butter on top, tossing to coat evenly. Spread on top of vegetable mixture in the pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven, uncovered, until bubbling and golden brown on top, about 20 minutes.
