This recipe was used to feed breakfast every Sunday morning for 2 years for the worship team in our church. It has been a staple in our home for guests and family alike. Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2. Brown sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, blend the eggs, soup, cheese, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Add browned sausage.
- 4. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan and bake until golden and the center is firm.
SOPAPILLA BREAKFAST DELIGHT
I am visiting my mom and this recipe has been hanging on her fridge. It is a recipe that a co-worker of hers brought to work one day.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In the microwave or saucepan, melt 1/4 cup of butter. Place in the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Place one tube of crescent rolls over the butter and press together to close the seams.
- Blend both packages of cream cheese with one cup sugar and spread over crescent rolls.
- Layer the other package of cresent rolls over the cream cheese, closing the seams.
- Melt the remaining 1/2 cup of butter and stir in the remaining 1/2 cup sugar. Spread over the the top of the crescent rolls. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon.
- Bake for 45 minutes and let cool slightly and serve warm.

- Preheat oven to 375°F. Unroll crescent rolls and arrange on bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top rolls with ham and potatoes. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Pour egg mixture over potatoes. Top with cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until eggs are set.
