Steps:
- Spray 7 x 11 biscuit pan or brownie pan with butter flavored spray.
- In large bowl combine butter, splenda, eggs with whisk. Stir in applesauce and vanilla.
- In small bowl combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Add flour mixture to butter mixture and mix gently just to combine. Fold in walnuts. Spread in pan and bake on 350 degrees for 20-26 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire rack!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8x8 inch pan.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt margarine and cocoa together, stirring occasionally until smooth. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. In a large bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Stir in the sucrolose sweetener. Combine the flour and salt; stir into the egg mixture then mix in the cocoa and margarine. Finally stir in the 1/4 cup of milk and if desired, the walnuts. Pour into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted into the center, comes out clean. To make frosting, Mix together the sugar free chocolate pudding mix and 1 cup skim milk using an electric mixer. Mix for about two minutes or until thick. Spread over cooled brownies before cutting into squares.

- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Melt butter and cocoa in a small saucepan over low heat stirring until smooth - remove from heat to cool. Beat eggs in a medium bowl until thick and smooth, add Splenda, vanilla, and salt - stir in cooled chocolate mixture. Fold in flour and walnuts. Pour into an 8 inch square pan that has been lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until firm but still slightly soft near center. - Mix tog splenda, flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; and set aside.
- Beat tog margarine, eggs and vanilla for 1 minute.
