BUFFALO PIZZA PULL-APART RING

This is a great party snack. Easy to prepare and fun to eat. Your guests can simply pull the pizza apart, dip and enjoy!

Buffalo Pizza Pull-Apart Ring image

Steps:

  • 1) With a kitchen shears or knife cut pizza dough into bite size pieces. Place dough and cheese in a large bowl and pour 1 Tablespoon olive oil over top. Mix lightly with hands to separate sections of dough. Refrigerate dough while you prepare filling.
  • 2) In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté onion and red pepper in 1 Tablespoon olive oil until tender. Add chicken, tomatoes and green chilies, paprika, cumin, cilantro and 2 Tablespoons buffalo sauce. Remove from heat and pour filling over cooled dough.
  • 3) Spray shallow bundt pan or ring pan with cooking spray. Gently fill ring pan with pizza mixture, making sure pizza dough touches other pieces but does not crowd. Bake pizza ring at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly. Invert pizza onto serving platter and place a bowl of buffalo sauce in center for dipping.

We're huge Notre Dame fans, and we tailgate. A lot! This is one of those recipe that is a sure fit hit with the kids and the adults. Steps:

  • Cut breadsticks into quarters or pizza dough into small pieces. Remove pepperoni from package and cut into smaller pieces; save remainder for another use. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and toss so oil is spread evenly., Spread mixture in greased 13x9-in. baking dish or fluted tube pan. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until top is brown. Be sure center is thoroughly cooked; if not, continue baking and check every 5 minutes until done. Flip pizza onto serving plate and serve with marinara sauce for dipping if desired.

Steps:

  • Combine mayonnaise and blue cheese. Refrigerate. Combine 1 to 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Melt butter in a pan and stir in onion and saute for 1 to 2 minutes. Add milk, water, and remove from heat. Then, stir into dry ingredients. Beat in egg and beat for 2 minutes, and then add enough flour to make a soft dough. Knead for 4 to 6 minutes, until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rest on floured board for 10 minutes. Roll dough out into a rectangle, 12 inches by 16 inches. Spread dough with blue cheese mixture, then chicken (cut into chunks), wing sauce, and cheeses. Roll up as for a jelly roll, to make a 16-inch roll. Transfer to a greased baking sheet and shape into a ring, sealing edges together. Make 8 slashes, cutting about half way down but not all the way through the dough. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm with celery sticks.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF. Roll out dough and cut into 3x3-inch squares (3 rows of 5). You should end up with 15 squares from of each roll. In a bowl, toss together shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, scallions and half the cheese. Begin layering. Brush butter on a rectangle, top with Buffalo chicken mixture, followed by a sprinkling of cheese. Repeat with remaining rectangles, stacking one of top of the other, chicken side up. Brush the inside of a loaf pan with melted butter. Load bread into loaf pan, and brush with remaining butter. Bake for 40-50 minutes.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl combine the cubed chicken, melted butter and hot sauce. Mix well. Spread whole bottle of salad dressing over crust, then top with chicken mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

  • Separate 2 cans of dough into 10 biscuits; press or roll each into 3-inch round. Place 2 pepperoni slices in center of each biscuit round. Top each with piece of mozzarella cheese. Bring dough up around filling; press edge to seal and shape each into ball. Roll in butter mixture; place 10 balls in pan.
