- Toss the garbanzo beans, tomato, onion, heart of palm, mozzarella cheese, thyme, olive oil, and lemon juice together in a bowl until evenly mixed. Season with salt and pepper and retoss.

- On a serving plate or two individual serving plates, arrange the lettuce, ham, salami and eggs. In a small bowl, combine dressing ingredients. Serve with salad.

Steps:
- Boil the pasta as directed on the package. While water is heating up and the pasta is cooking, slice the tomatoes.
- Put the sliced tomatoes, the seasoning packet, the olive oil and the salt in a large bowl and stir well.
- Strain the cooked pasta and rinse. Add to the bowl and mix well.
