Steps:

Carrot Cake: 6 Tablespoons all purpose flour 2 Tablespoons brown or white, your choice 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg Mix the dry ingredients up with a fork and then add: 4 Tablespoons orange juice 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil 1/4 teaspoon vanilla 3 Tablespoons finely grated carrot 1 Tablespoon chopped pecans 1 Tablespoon chopped raisins Mix it all up and make sure there are no lumps on the bottom and put it in the microwave for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
