- When you wish to increase a 15.25-ounce cake mix to 18.25 ounces, add three ounces of this mix (6 tablespoons) to your existing cake mix.
- Some mixes may require more than three ounces of mix to make them 18.25 ounces.

- 1. Heat oven to 350^. Spray a 9x13-inch cake baking pan.Set aside. Make cake according to package direction using these ingredients. Mixture will be thick. Pour into prepared cake pan. Bake 35 minutes or until tested done with toothpick inserted in center that comes out clean.
- 2. Top with your favorite frosting , when cake has cooled.
