Campfire Hot Dog And Potato Packets Recipes
CAMPFIRE HOT DOGS
Condiments take a hot dog from good to great. Our ultimate campfire dogs are made with yellow cheddar cheese and bacon, which are grilled with the hot dogs until the bacon is crisp and cheese has melted.

Steps:
- Heat a charcoal grill to medium-high. Slice hot dogs lengthwise without completely cutting through. Fill with cheese. Beginning at one end, wind the bacon around each hot dog to cover completely.
- Place hot dogs on grill, cheese side down, and cook, covered, for 2 minutes. Uncover, and turn, cooking until the bacon is cooked through and crisp, 3 to 4 minutes. Place a hot dog in each roll, and top with desired condiments.
BBQ HOT DOG & POTATO PACKS
Steps:
- Divide potato wedges among four pieces of heavy-duty foil (about 18 in. square). Top each with a hot dog, onion wedges and cheese. Drizzle with barbecue sauce. Fold foil around mixture, sealing tightly., Grill, covered, over medium heat 10-15 minutes or until heated through. Open foil carefully to allow steam to escape.
