Steps:
- Melt butter in a saucepan.
- Add broth and mix.
- Add caperberries and mix.
- Add flour and mix.
- Simmer on low heat until it thickens.
- If needed, add more flour until desired thickness is achieved.
- Add salt and pepper to your liking.
- Don't mess up like Bridget.
- Serve over an omelete.
- (Really! It's good! Ugly, but good!) Also, you can use this sauce with Lamb or Chicken.

- Over medium heat melt the butter, add the flour and stir until the flour turns a pale yellow.
- Slowly add the broth (water) stirring constantly as not to create lumps.
- Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute.
- Remove from heat, add the capers, salt, and lemon juice, let stand for 10 minutes.
- In the meantime mix the egg yolk and water, and whisk into gravy.

- In a heavy 8 to 10-inch skillet, melt the butter over moderate heat. When the foam begins to subside, stir in the flour and mix thoroughly. Pour in the stock and, stirring constantly with a whisk, cook over high heat until the sauce thickens and comes to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer the sauce for about 3 minutes to remove any taste of raw flour. Then stir in the capers, vinegar, salt and a few grindings of pepper. Taste for seasoning and serve hot from a small bowl or a sauceboat.

- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add garlic; cook 2 minutes. Add lemon juice and capers; cook 2 minutes. Stir in parsley., Brush vegetables with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper., Grill zucchini, squash and peppers, covered, over medium heat 4-5 minutes on each side or until crisp-tender, basting occasionally with butter mixture. Grill mushrooms and onions, covered, 1-2 minutes on each side or until tender, basting occasionally with butter mixture., Cut vegetables as desired; transfer to a serving platter. - Season chicken breasts with lemon pepper, salt, dill weed, and garlic powder.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Place breasts in skillet, and increase heat to medium-high. Turn chicken frequently, until brown, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium, and cook 5 to 7 minutes, until breasts are cooked through. Remove chicken to a warm serving platter, and cover with foil.
- Return skillet to stove, and increase heat to high. Whisk in whipping cream, whisking continuously until reduced to sauce consistency, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in capers. Pour sauce over chicken, and serve.
