BLUEBERRY LEMONADE (ALCOHOLIC)
Sooo easy and tasty! I made this up the other night.You can adjust the amts to make it strong or weak:) I like mine a little stronger each time. LOL. I used diet Minute Maid lemonade that comes in the can or bottle but you can use homemade which Im sure would enhance the taste!

CAROLINA VERANDA LEMONADE (ALCOHOLIC)
This is a great summer party beverage! Perfect for sitting around the veranda with guests. Pleasing enough for all different tastes, including those who do not drink. Pairs wonderfully with a backyard barbecue. The idea behind the drink was a quick Mojito for a crowd, without all the work. If you want to make a pitcher change the servings to 6.

Steps:
- Add rum, lemonade and lemon juice to a glass filled about 1/2 way with ice and stir.
- Sink lemon slice and whole sprig of mint in glass and stir to infuse a light mint taste.
- Add more ice to bring drink to the rim of glass if needed. Enjoy!

Steps:
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar and 1/3 cup water and place over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a boil, then cook the sugar until dissolved but the syrup is still clear. Do not cook the sugar until it starts to turn color. Remove from heat and cool.
- In a pitcher, combine the syrup, 8 cups water, the lemon juice, vodka and ice and stir to combine. Pour into tall glasses and enjoy!
CAROLINA STRAWBERRY LEMONADE
This is not the usual blender Strawberry Lemonade, but a well worth recipe for a refreshing beverage that will make your guests think they are hanging with Martha herself....you will make this again and again! DELICIOUS!

Steps:
- In a medium saucepan, combine 2 cups of water, sugar and lemon zest and bring to a simmer while stirring. Pour the syrup into a stainless steel or glass bowl, stir in the remaining 2 cups of water and lemon juice. Place bowl inside of a bowl filled with ice water, stirring occasionally, until chilled, about 10 minutes.
- Process the strawberries in a food processor or blender, stir into the lemonade and strain.
- Serve over ice.
