My mom tried this a party from her work years ago. I have been eating this since I was a child and had made it numerous occasions. It is great for potlucks and picnics; the colors in this salad are pretty.

- Mix corn, bell pepper, red onion, pimentos and Catalina dressing in a large glass bowl.
- Refrigerate until service.

- Prepare the ground beef as directed by taco seasoning package and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the beef mixture, lettuce, red onion, green onion, pinto beans, kidney beans, tomatoes, avocado and cheese. Mix well.
- Before serving, add the corn chips and enough dressing to coat. Mix well and serve immediately.
