CHEESECAKE FACTORY WHITE CHEESE AND TOMATO PIZZA

So I ate at Cheesecake Factory the other day and I was determined to come up with a pizza that would taste very similar to theirs. OMG that was the best food I've ever put in my mouth. I will say this is proly fattening but WE'LL WORTH IT.. OMG it's so GOOD.. It looks like alot of work but I swear it's nothing.. Too easy... And be sure to slice your tomato very THIN.

Cheesecake Factory White Cheese and Tomato Pizza image

Steps:

  • Place dough on ungreased pizza stone. I use a dough roller (Pampered Chef) to roll the dough out into a very thin crust.
  • Bake in oven at 400 for 7 minutes.
  • While dough is baking, saute garlic in olive oil until soft and slice tomatoe (very thin).
  • Remove from oven and spread garlic on the crust and sprinkle with 4 cups of Italian 6 cheese blend.
  • Top that cheese with tomato and drizzle a little butter over tomato and add basil.
  • Put mozzarella cheese on top and bake for 7 more minutes.
  • Broil for 2 minutes or until top is golden brown.
  • Baste entire pizza with melted butter and garlic powder.

  • arrange eggplant slices in single layer on greased baking tray.
  • sprinkle eggplant slices with salt, bake until soft and golden (5 minutes per side).
  • turn heat up to 515 and place pizza stone in oven.
  • roll out pizza dough on cornmeal coated paddle, lightly coat with oil.
  • sprinkle dough with mozzarella and arrange eggplant in a spoke pattern (leave edges bare).
  • sprinkle with tomatoes and dot with pesto.
  • bake 8-10 minutes.

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon parsley, chives, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper until blended., Unroll pizza crust and cut in half. On a lightly floured surface, roll out each portion into a 12x6-in. rectangle; brush each side with oil. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 1-2 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned. Remove from the grill. , Spread grilled sides with cheese mixture. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese; top with tomatoes. Return to the grill. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes or until crust is lightly browned and cheese is melted, rotating halfway through cooking to ensure an evenly browned crust. Sprinkle with remaining parsley.

  • Spread the sauce over the pizza crust.
  • Combine cheeses in a small bowl, and scatter a little over the sauce.
  • Scatter the ham and onion over the pizza, then arrange the tomato.
  • Sprinkle with basil, and top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake at 180C for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly, and base is cooked.

Better Than Cheesecake Factory, Cheesecake! image

Steps:

  • Set out on the counter cream cheese, butter and eggs all day, until soft and room temperature.
  • Filling:.
  • Beat together cream cheese and ½ of the sugar until mixed. Add other ½ of the sugar and other ingredients, mixing in eggs ONE at a time. Just mix until combined. DO NOT OVERBEAT!
  • Crust:.
  • Mix together and press into bottom and sides of a springform pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 6 minutes. Let cool for 30 minutes in the refrigerator before adding cream cheese mixture.
  • To bake Cheesecake:.
  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bake for 45 min - 1 hour. Turn oven off and let it sit for another 10-12 minutes. Then prop the door open (I use a wooden spoon) to allow the cheesecake to cool slowly until it is cool enough that you can lift it out with your hands. Then refrigerate for at least 24 hours. It gets better each day!
