Cheesy Taco Macaroni Bake Recipes

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F.
• Prepare Dinner as directed on package. Meanwhile, cook meat with taco seasoning mix as directed on package.
• Add egg and 1 cup shredded cheese to prepared Dinner; mix well. Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover with meat mixture, salsa and remaining shredded cheese.
• Bake 20 min. or until heated through.

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Prepare macaroni and cheese as directed (with milk and butter).
• Brown ground beef, prepare with taco seasoning and water as directed on packet.
• Stir sour cream into macaroni and cheese.
• Place 1/2 macaroni and cheese mixture in greased 9x9 baking dish.
• Layer 1/2 of meat and half of cheese.
• Top with remaining macaroni mixture.
• Bake 15 minutes.
• Remove from oven, top with salsa and remaining cheese.
• Bake additional 5 minutes.
• Serve.

• Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef until no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles; drain. Stir in salsa; set aside., Spread macaroni into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Layer with beef mixture, chips and olives; sprinkle with cheese. , Bake, uncovered, at 350° until heated through, 15-20 minutes. Serve with sour cream if desired.

• In a large quart pot over medium-high heat brown the ground beef. Drain fat and return beef to the pot.
• Add taco seasoning, water, diced tomatoes, corn and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil.
• Add uncooked macaroni and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes (until pasta is cooked through). Stir occasionally.
• Remove from heat. Sprinkle cheese on top and cover.
• Serve once cheese is melted!
