Cherry Butter Cookies Recipes

Steps:

• In a large bowl, cream brown sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg, milk and vanilla. In another bowl, mix the flour, salt and baking soda; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Toss slightly cooled cookies in sugar; return cookies to wire rack to cool completely. , Toss cookies in sugar once more before serving. Store in an airtight container, adding any remaining confectioners' sugar to cover cookies.

Roll dough into small balls and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Flatten each cookie slightly with your fingers. Bake about 10-12 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown. Remove cookies from sheet and cool on wire racks.
