Steps:
- 1. Divide pie filling equally between tortillas. Fold tortillas and secure with toothpicks.
- 2. Deep fry until all sides are golden. Drain.
- 3. Sprinkle with powdered sugar as desired.

- Spoon pie filling down the center of each tortilla; fold sides and ends over filling and roll up. Seal with toothpicks., In an electric skillet or deep fryer, heat oil to 375°. Fry chimichangas, a few at a time, for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels. Dust with confectioners' sugar. Serve immediately.

- In a large bowl, mix chicken, cheese, beans and enchilada sauce. With a corner of an egg roll wrapper facing you, spoon 1/4 cup filling just below center of wrapper. (Cover remaining wrappers with a damp paper towel until ready to use.) Fold bottom corner over filling; moisten remaining wrapper edges with water. Fold side corners toward center over filling. Roll chimichangas up tightly, pressing at tip to seal. Repeat., In an electric skillet or deep-fat fryer, heat oil to 375°. Fry chimichangas, a few at a time, until golden brown, 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain on paper towels., In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and jalapeno peppers. Serve chimichangas with jalapeno cream cheese.

I had bought a large jar of cherries to make my Three Not So Blind Mice recipe #47819 , So with the left overs I soaked them and they disappeared!!! Also the left over Rum that soaked the Cherries can be used in a drink of your choice or try it in my Cranberry, Apple Spiced Tea #48626

- Serve in Pina colada`s or straight up.
- You can pour the rum on a cooked chocolate devils food cake before icing.

Steps:
- 1. Warm tortilla shells in microwave for about 5 seconds just to make them flexible, and not stiff.
- 2. Lay tortilla flat and using a spoon, pour cherry filling in the middle of the shell. Fold tortilla around cherries, and seal with a toothpick to hold in place.
- 3. Place the tortilla shell into the oil and fry until a crisp golden brown. Remove from oil and sprinkle powdered sugar over the top.
- 4. To add a little extra, sometimes i drizzle chocolate over the top and add whip cream. Enjoy!
