  • Place soy milk, coffee ice cubes, spinach, banana and protein powder in a blender cup and blend until smooth.

CHOCOLATE BANANA COFFEE PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

This is one of my favorite breakfast smoothies when I'm on the fitness wagon. Instead of the cup of coffee you can instead use 1 Starbucks Via pack + 1c. water or a shot of espresso and water. I use vanilla protein powder.
