Steps:

In a blender, combine the first five ingredients; cover and process for 1 minute or until smooth. Serve with fruit. Store in the refrigerator.

I got this recipe from my local grocer's. They were giving samples of the dip. It was very simple and good so I asked for it. I have made it several times since. It has been a super hit.

Creamy Coconut Fruit Dip image

Steps:

1. Mix cream cheese and cool whip in large with wire whisk until well blended. Add Coco Real Cream of Coconut. Stir gently until well blended. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until well chilled. Serve with your favorite fresh fruit slices or graham Crackers.

16 oz cool whip, thawed
1 bottle coco real cream of coconut, found only in alcohol section

This dip is great with fresh tropical fruit platters but works well with almost any fruit. Everytime I make this dip it all disappears! I can't remember who passed it on to me it was so long ago. If anyone knows the source let me know :-)

Steps:

Crush macroons till sand type grains.
Add sour cream to taste.
I usually use a whole tub but you may not like to use less to make it sweeter.
Refrigerate until very cold, do not freeze.
Serve with fresh tropical fruits such as berries, pineapple, banana and melons.
Enjoy!
