Country Time Lemonade Recipes

Steps:

• 1. Make two 2 quarts of lemonade following the directions on the Country Time Lemonade can. (It's 8 cups of water and fill the Country Time Lemonade lid to the 2 quarts line.)
• 2. Stir until the Country Time Lemonade powder mix had dissolved.
• 3. Poor in the can of (thawed) frozen lemonade concentrate and stir. You can add ice or chill in the fridge. Serve and enjoy!

Steps:

• Juice the lemons to make 1 cup of juice. To make your labor easier, FIRMLY roll the lemons between your hand and counter top before cutting in half and juicing.
• In a gallon pitcher combine 1 cup lemon juice, 1 cup sugar, and 6 cups cold water. Stir. Adjust water to taste. Chill and serve over ice.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Cream butter, sugar and lemonade mix.
• Add egg, vanilla, lemon extract, lemon zest and lemon juice and mix well.
• Add flour and baking soda and mix.
• Roll dough into teaspoons size balls place on cookie sheet.
• Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
• You may roll dough balls in sugar before baking or when cooled if desired.
• They are also good with a glaze of powdered sugar and milk.
• Great either way.

Steps:

• Measure drink mix into cap to 2-qt. line.
• Add water to drink mix in 2-qt. plastic or glass pitcher; stir until mix is dissolved. Pour 2-1/2 cups drink into ice cube trays. Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Refrigerate remaining drink.
• Place frozen lemonade cubes in tall glasses; fill with prepared drink. Top each with lemon slice.

Steps:

• PREHEAT oven to 350°F Mix cake mix, pudding mix, 1/4 cup of the drink mix, 1 cup water, eggs and oil in large bowl. Beat with electric mixer on low speed 1 minute. Beat on medium speed 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 12-cup fluted tube pan.
• BAKE 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 minutes; remove from pan. Invert onto serving platter.
• DISSOLVE remaining 1/4 cup drink mix in 3 tablespoons warm water in medium bowl. Stir in powdered sugar with wire whisk until well blended.
• PIERCE warm cake at 1-inch intervals with fork or skewer completely through to bottom of cake. Gradually spoon powdered sugar glaze over cake; let stand until glaze is completely absorbed.

Steps:

• Add juice, carbonated beverage and water to drink mix in 3-qt. plastic or glass pitcher; stir until mix is completely dissolved.
• Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
• Top with lemon slices and cherries just before serving.
