CREAMY BALSAMIC DRESSING
This creamy balsamic dressing works really well on cucumber salad, but you can use it on any type of mixed green salads as well.

- Combine balsamic vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, and garlic in a cup and mix well. Stir in cream and mix well.

CREAMY BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE
This is a very simple delicious dressing that I got the idea for at a local restaurant here in Baltimore. I hadn't had any other Balsamic Vinagarettes like it so I had to make my own. I came pretty close and think this tastes wonderful! On top of some spring mix salad, with feta or goat cheese and some tomatoes.... HEAVEN!!!

Steps:
- Add all ingredients to a sealable container and shake until well blended and a nice caramel color. Let sit for about 15 minutes, shake again before using. Within 3 days or discard.
