  • In a mixing bowl add buttermilk, mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix with a wire whisk. Once completely blended, add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate immediately. Dressing should keep for 3 to 4 days,.

1/2 pinch scallion, chopped
2 ounces red wine vinegar

  • Combine mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, milk, lemon zest, pepper, and salt in a glass mason jar. Secure lid and shake until dressing is well combined. Store in the refrigerator.
