I found this recipe when I was browsing through some cooking blogs. It was on http://saracoloradorecipespot.blogspot.com/ She said she found it on a different website/blog but I'm not sure which one. I'm saving it here to try it.

Steps:

Place your chicken in the crock pot. Cover with brown sugar, pepper, garlic and soy sauce. Add the vinegar and soda.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. I cooked it for 6 hours and the chicken was a bit too done -- I think I'll cook it for closer to 5 hours on low--tops. It cooked up really quick. It will differ slightly also if the chicken is frozen or thawed. It was VERY yummy though! Just watch your chicken--you know your crock pot best too.

1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup carbonated lemon-lime beverage
2/3 cup vinegar (use your favorite)
3 garlic cloves, smashed and chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground pepper

This is the best chicken slow cooker recipe ever, and I've tried a lot of them. I can't remember where I originally got it from; my version has been tweaked a little. I don't like mushrooms, but the mushrooms in the condensed soup are really big and easy to take out. Serve over hot cooked rice.

Steps:

Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, and stir in the salad dressing mix, mushroom soup, cream cheese, and wine until the sauce mixture is hot, smooth and well combined. Place the chicken breasts into the bottom of a slow cooker, and pour the sauce mixture over the chicken. Cover and cook on Low setting until chicken is tender, about 4 hours.

Pour the flour into a large ziptop bag. Season with salt and pepper. Add the chicken and toss to coat the chicken in the flour.
Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1-2 tablespoons of the oil. Brown the chicken in the pan, working in batches, if needed, and adding more oil if needed. Place the chicken in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine the brown sugar, water, ketchup, mustard, onion, Worcestershire and salt. Stir to combine. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
