CROCK POT HAMBURGER CASSEROLE
I just recently purchased 1/2 a beef and have so much hamburger. I needed something else to do with it. I combined a few recipes and came up with this. SO YUMMY!!!

Steps:
- Peel and slice potatoes.
- Mix soup, milk, gravy & garlic.
- Spray crockpot.
- Layer ingredients into pot.
- Potatoes, onion, hamburger, soup mix.
- Salt and pepper each layer as you go.
- Cook 3-4 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low.
- ENJOY! (We like it with Ketchup).
CROCK POT HAMBURGER CASSEROLE
I have yet to try this, but it is from my favorite cookbook- The Roosevelt Raccoons "All of Our Favorites" cookbook. The cookbook contains recipes from active parents and teachers of Roosevelt Elementary School, Mankato, MN. It is where I went to school, and my family submitted all of our family favorites for it. So, we probably have 10 copies of the book in our house!

Steps:
- Place layer of vegetables in crock pot in the order given.
- Season each layer with salt and pepper.
- Put lightly browned ground beef on top of the celery.
- Mix the tomato soup with the water and pour into crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours (high 3 to 4 hours), stirring occasionally.

- Cook ground beef on stovetop until no longer pink, then drain and put into slow cooker with diced onion, condensed soup, salts and diced potatoes. Stir together.
- Pour in uncooked elbow macaroni noodles and submerge into liquid on top. Cover crockpot again and cook an additional 30 minutes on high.
- Lift lid, stir. Add 2 c cheese and sour cream. Mix together well, then sprinkle remaining 1/2 c cheese on very top. Cover and cook for the last 20 minutes.
