STEAK DINNER IN A CROCKPOT
This is yummy! I've tried it several times, most of the time, I used boneless pork chops :)

Steps:
- 1. Place meat on bottom of crockpot and season to taste. I put a clove of garlic and a slice of onion in the bottom also. Add 1/4 cup of desired sauce (listed above) and 1/4 cup water. If you like you may use 1/2 cup sauce and no water. Cover with tinfoil to keep juices away from the corn and potatoes. Place foil wrapped potatoes and foil wrapped frozen corn (I rubbed corn and potatoes with butter before wrapping) on top of foil covered meat. Cook on low for 6 hours.
- 2. A small crockpot will only cook for 2 people.

- Shuck the corn, and wrap each ear in foil. Add to the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on high for 5-7 hours, or on low for about 8. I cooked our dinner for 6 hours on high.

- Take a layer of foil, spray it with canola oil and set oil-side down on steaks.
- Wrap potatoes in foil, set them on top of steaks.
- If using frozen corn, wrap individually in foil, set along side of potatoes.
- Set on LOW for 6 hours.
