ZESTY ITALIAN CROCK-POT CHICKEN
Steps:
- Place all ingredients into crock-pot (except pasta).
- Cook on low 3-4 hours. After about an hour open crock-pot and stir everything together.
- When complete, shred or cut chicken into chunks. Serve over steamed rice or pasta of your choice. (Bowtie or angel hair is really good.)

- Place chicken in a slow cooker. In a bowl, mix the barbecue sauce, Italian salad dressing, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the chicken.
- Cover, and cook 3 to 4 hours on High or 6 to 8 hours on Low.

- Heat oven to 375°F. Place chicken, skin sides down, in ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches.
- Mix remaining ingredients. Brush half of mayonnaise mixture over chicken.
- Cover and bake 30 minutes. Turn chicken; brush with remaining mayonnaise mixture. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. (If chicken begins to brown too quickly, cover with aluminum foil.) Discard any remaining mayonnaise mixture.

- Combine chicken, broth, butter and dressing mix in crock pot and cook on high for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Chicken should shred into small pieces.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook on high for another half an hour. Add milk or heavy cream to thin the sauce if it’s too thick. Serve over noodles or rice.
- *Today we had all the ingredients to make this dish EXCEPT for the dry Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix. We didn't want to go to the store, so we made our own mix, it turned out great! Here is what we used:
