Steps:

• Mix cream cheese, white sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth. Stir 3/4 cup mashed strawberries into cream cheese mixture.
• Beat heavy cream and confectioners' sugar in a glass or metal bowl until stiff peaks form. Lift your beater or whisk straight up: the cream will form sharp peaks. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until evenly mixed; fold in remaining 1/4 cup sliced strawberries.
• Spoon strawberry mixture into graham cracker crust. Chill at least 3 hours before serving.

Steps:

• Chill bowl and beaters.
• Crush 1 cup of the berries with fork.
• Combine crushed berries with remaining 3 cups of strawberries in large bowl, tossing with sugar and framboise.
• Refrigerate, covered, until serving time.
• At serving time, whip heavy cream with icing sugar in chilled bowl with chilled beaters until soft peaks form.
• Lightly fold into berries with streaking motion, so berries and cream are barely combined.

Steps:

• Crush 3/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries. Mix with 4 tablespoons softened butter, 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar, 1 ounce melted white chocolate and a pinch of salt in a medium bowl until smooth. Sandwich 1 heaping teaspoon of the mixture between 2 Trefoils; repeat to make 16 sandwiches. Freeze until firm, 10 minutes. Melt 4 ounces chopped white chocolate with 2 teaspoons coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals; let cool slightly. Dip the sandwich cookies in the chocolate; top with crushed freeze-dried strawberries. Refrigerate to set.

Steps:

• Place strawberries in an airtight container or plastic bag and leave in the freezer for 1 1/2 hours.
• Remove strawberries from freezer. Place half of the frozen strawberries in the jar of a blender. Add ice, whole almonds, sugar, milk, and liqueur and as many more strawberries as will fit. Blend until there is enough room to add more strawberries. Add remaining strawberries and blend until smooth and spoonable. Divide among 4 serving dishes. Garnish with slivered almonds and serve immediately.
