DA BOMB BBQ SAUCE
Got to cooking & this one had to be written down - DELICIOUS! Mildly spicy, sweet & tangy - Da Bomb!

Steps:
- Saute onion, pepper and garlic in oil until onions translucent.
- Add all other ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes, until consistency desired is reached.
- Adjust heat with more Sriracha sauce, salt with Lowry's.
- Brush heavily on meat of choice last 15 to 30 minutes of cooking - careful not to burn sauce.
- Keeps for weeks - covered n the back of the fridge.

DA BOMB SPAGHETTI
I found a similar recipe in a magazine,it was called Calabrian Bomb Spaghetti,my nephews tried it and they said it was da bomb! I made some changes to the original so now we call it da bomb! (they had to tell me da bomb was a good thing! lol! It's spicy,you can omit or use less red pepper and sambal. The boys like Parmesan cheese added but I prefer no cheese.

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat and add a generous amount of kosher salt. Stir in spaghetti, return the water to a boil and cook until al dente, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. While the pasta is cooking, place the anchovies on a large plate, drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with crushed red pepper. Heat one tablespoon olive oil, add garlic , over medium-high heat in a large skillet and sauté until garlic turns fragrant, making sure to stir constantly.Add anchovies, parsley and sambal. Remove from skillet . Add additional tablespoon olive oil and toss breadcrumbs until crispy and lightly brown. Drain pasta and toss with anchovy mixture,stir to combine. Divide pasta onto four plates, twisting into mounds. Top with breadcrumbs.

- Place thin slices of tomatoe in a flat plate or serving tray.
- Finely chop the green chillies and spread over the tomatoes.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the tomatoes.

THE BOMB
This recipe was given to me 22 years ago. A friend made this up and her husband was so impressed He told her it was "the bomb", and it stuck. It's super simple and may not sound like anything super impressive but it is. It is my staple, always asked to bring to parties. Feeds a large group. Layer as directed, the chocolate pudding moistens the cake perfectly. You can add some chocolate chips to the cake batter. But on the other hand you can make this recipe low fat by using 1 egg and cut some of the oil and use apple sauce instead. Use lite whip cream and sugar/fat free pudding.

Steps:
- Bake cake according to directions using the water, eggs and oil listed in the ingredients above in 2- 8 inch round pans.
- After cakes have cooled, place 1 in the bottom of a very large (preferably clear) glass bowl or trifle bowl.
- Mix 1 box of pudding (do 1 box at a time) with 2 of the cups of milk. (I usually cut a couple of tablespoons of milk from each box to assure that it sets up properly). Pour over the cake in bottom of the bowl.
- Spread 1 container of cool whip over pudding layer.
- Place second cake on whip cream.
- Mix second box of pudding and pour over the cake.
- Spread second container of cool whip over pudding.
- Break heath bar ( freezing first helps) and sprinkle evenly over top (can substitute mini chocolate chips or chocolate shavings).
