Steps:
- Cut chicken into 1in cubes Place the chicken breasts in crock pot, and sprinkle the Italian dressing mix over the tops. Pour the cream of chicken soups over chicken, and then spread the cubes of cream cheese evenly over all. Add mushrooms at about a hour and a half of time left
- Cover and cook on Low heat for 6 hours. (OR on High for 3 hours) Remove lid and stir mixture together. (If the sauce seems too thick, you can thin it out with a little milk)
- Serve chicken and sauce over cooked egg noodles or rice or mash potatoes . Enjoy!
CREAMY ITALIAN CROCKPOT CHICKEN
This is some wonderful creamy chicken goodness here! I've made this many times! This is a recipe from a foodie named Momto5. This tastes like chicken stroganoff, but its so very easy to make! You could even add some mixed veggies to this and put it in a pie crust, after its cooked, for a great chicken pot pie!

- 1. Put 3 Breasts in the bottom of crockpot
- 2. sprinkle with 1/2 dressing mix and 1/2 the sliced onion
- 3. add last three breasts and repeat layer
- 4. cook in crockpot on high for 4 hours
- 5. Break chicken up into chunks
- 6. Add cream cheese and soups
- 7. cook for 1 more hour
- 8. mix together well serve over cooked noodles

- Rinse chicken, and pat dry with paper towels. Place chicken breasts into a slow cooker, and drizzle melted butter all over the chicken breasts, lifting them up to allow butter to flow underneath the chicken. Cover the cooker, set to High, and cook until tender, 4 to 5 hours. With a metal spatula, chop up the chicken into bite-size pieces in the slow cooker.
- Place the cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, Italian salad dressing mix, and sherry into a saucepan over medium heat, and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until the cream cheese has melted and the sauce is well combined. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the slow cooker; cover, and cook on High until the flavors have blended and the sauce is bubbling, about 30 more minutes.
