HIGH PROTEIN EGG SALAD WITH COTTAGE CHEESE RECIPE
This High Protein Egg Salad is made with cottage cheese so it is creamy, delicious and good for you!

- Combine all ingredients until well incorporated.
- Divide egg salad in half and serve between two slices of Dave's Killer Powerseed® Bread.
- Makes 2 whole sandwiches.

My son loves egg salad sandwiches and he especially likes when I make it this way. My mother shared this recipe with me, of which I tweaked. I hope you try it sometime. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Place yolks in a small bowl and mash. To the yolks add the mayonnaise & mix well together until smooth. Add the dill and mustard. Combine well.
- Chop the egg whites. In another bowl, mix the egg whites with the cottage cheese. Now mix the cottage cheese mixture with the yolk mixture. Blend well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread desired amount on toasted bread. Can add a lettuce leaf if desired. Enjoy!
