Eggy Bread Cheesy Hot Dogs Recipes

Steps:

• Place a hot dog in the middle of a cheese slice.
• Roll the cheese slice around the hot dog, then push a wooden skewer inside.
• Place the cheese-wrapped hot dogs seam side down on a baking sheet.
• Freeze for 20 minutes.
• In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, baking powder, milk, and eggs, stirring until the batter is smooth and has no lumps.
• Pour the batter into a tall glass cup for easier dipping.
• Heat oil in a pot over medium-high heat until 375°F-400°F (190°C-200°C).
• Take a frozen hot dog and dip it fully into the batter, lifting it out then rotating it to let excess batter drip off.
• Using tongs, carefully place the battered dog into the hot oil, rotating it so that it frys evenly. Remove when golden brown, then pat with a paper towel to drain.
• Serve with ketchup and mustard!

• Cook hot dogs in boiling water until done.
• Preheat oven to 350°.
• Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with non stick spray.
• Spread butter on both sides of each piece of bread.
• Put a slice of cheese on one side of bread.
• Place a hot dog in the middle.
• Fold up the sides.
• Pin with a toothpick.
• Then lay hot dog sandwiches side by side in the baking pan.
• Bake until bread is toasted brown and cheese is melted.
• Watch carefully so they don't burn.

• Heat some cooking oil in a small frying pan on a medium heat.
• Beat the egg's in a shallow dish and soak a slice of bread in it until it is all coated in egg.
• Heat the hot dogs in a sauce pan.
• Lay the bread in the frying pan and fry until both sides are brown.
• Take the bread out of the pan with some tongs ( very hot!) and lay a slice of processed cheese on the bread, add two hot dogs and fold over the bread to make a sandwich.
• Serve with ketchup and enjoy!

• Lightly beat the egg in a shallow bowl along with the milk. Season with salt and black pepper.
• Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, making sure it has soaked up all of the liquid. Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and add the butter. Swirl the butter around the pan and when it's beginning to foam, add the bread and fry on each side for 1 min or until golden brown. Transfer to a plate and serve with crispy bacon or fruit compote.
