- In a tall glass, mix together the chocolate syrup and the Kahlua. Add enough seltzer water to fill the glass 2/3 full and stir well. Add a scoop of coffee ice cream and serve.

Treat yourself, this coffee is so good. You will feel like you are floating on a cloud, its the perfect end to a long day.

Steps:
- 1. Pour the first 7 ingredients into a blender and mix until the ice is pureed, add more ice if you prefer a thicker consistency.
- 2. Grab a tall glass and rim it with the lemon and sugar.
- 3. Pour the cold coffee mixture into the prepared glass and add whipped cream to the coffee.
- 4. Next sprinkle on the ground hazelnuts and any sugar left over from rimming the glass and top it all off with a maraschino cherry.
