Steps:
- In a blender, whip egg yolks, agave and salt on medium for 1-2 minutes.
- Add grapeseed oil and mashed banana and blend for another minute or two.
- Blend in cocoa powder.
- Grease a 9-inch springform pan and pour batter into pan.
- Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease one 10 inch round cake pan and set aside.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat combine the water, salt and sugar. Stir until completely dissolved and set aside.
- Either in the top half of a double boiler or in a microwave oven melt the bittersweet chocolate. Pour the chocolate into the bowl of an electric mixer.
- Cut the butter into pieces and beat the butter into the chocolate, 1 piece at a time. Beat in the hot sugar-water. Slowly beat in the eggs, one at a time.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Have a pan larger than the cake pan ready, put the cake pan in the larger pan and fill the pan with boiling water halfway up the sides of the cake pan.
- Bake cake in the water bath at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 45 minutes. The center will still look wet. Chill cake overnight in the pan. To unmold, dip the bottom of the cake pan in hot water for 10 seconds and invert onto a serving plate.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Place bananas on a baking sheet and prick peels with a fork.
- Bake bananas in the preheated oven until peels turn black and flesh is very tender and mushy, 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature, about 20 minutes.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a loaf pan.
- Split banana peels with a sharp knife and transfer flesh to a large bowl. Add honey and oil; beat with an electric mixer on low speed until combined. Beat in egg yolks 1 at a time. Add walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice to the batter.
- Beat egg whites with salt in a glass, metal, or ceramic bowl until soft peaks form.
- Fold beaten egg whites into the batter. Pour into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes. Invert onto a plate and let cool.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8 x 8 baking pan with parchment paper -- otherwise your cake will likely not come out clean.
- In a large bowl, stir together the bananas, egg, vanilla, and coconut oil (measured when completely melted). Stir until completely combined.
- Add in the cornstarch, baking powder baking soda, cinnamon, and allspice if desired.. Stir until completely combined. (Here's where you can increase or decrease spices to personal preference -- if you are wary of too much spice add a little less and if you LOVE spice increase them.)
- Stir in the brown sugar and oat flour (blend regular old fashioned oats or quick oats in a blender or food processor until they resemble flour -- blend well so you don't have any weird oat chunks! Measure AFTER blending and not before).
