- In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in the milk, sour cream and orange zest. Fold in the whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

FLUFFY ORANGE JELL-O PIE
Steps:
- Drain liquid from mandarin oranges into a measuring cup. Add enough water to equal 1 cup. Set oranges aside and pour liquid into a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir in Jell-O until dissolved. Transfer to a large mixing bowl and cover. Refrigerate until syrupy. Add milk, and beat. Fold in mandarin oranges.
- Pour into crust.
- Put into refrigerator about 22 hour. Garnish with navel oranges.

Steps:
- Stir boiling water into gelatin for at least 2 min, and completely dissolved.
- Mix cold water and ice to measure 1 cup.
- Add to gelatin, stirring until all ice melts.
- Stir in Cool Whip with wire whisk until smooth.
- Refrigerate until mixture is thick and can mound well.
- Spoon into graham cracker crust.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
