Steps:
- Heat oven to 450°F. Lightly grease cookie sheet with shortening or cooking spray.
- In medium bowl, stir dip, milk and parsley with whisk until smooth. Stir in Bisquick mix until well blended. Shape dough into 12 rounds; place on cookie sheet. Brush tops of rounds with melted butter.
- Bake 7 to 8 minutes or until lightly golden. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve warm.

- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in 2 egg yolks and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour and salt. Divide dough into 2 portions; shape each into a disk. Cover; refrigerate until firm enough to roll, about 30 minutes., Preheat oven to 350°. Working with 1 portion of dough at a time, roll to 1/4-in. thickness between parchment. Cut with floured 2-in. round cookie cutter. Place 1 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets. Whisk remaining egg yolk and water; brush over cookies. Create a cross-hatch design by dragging the tines of a fork across the cookie., Bake until edges are light golden, 12-15 minutes. Cool on pans 5 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.

- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Cut in the butter using your fingers or a pastry cutter until the mixture resembles coarse meal. Add the buttermilk and gently mix until a dough just begins to come together.
- Scrape the dough onto a lightly floured counter and pat into a 10-by-12-by-1-inch rectangle. Use a 3-inch round cutter to cut out biscuits. Reroll the scraps and cut again.
- Put the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a few inches between them, and brush the tops with cream. Bake until lightly golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes. Serve hot.

- Cut the butter in tablespoons and place them in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Once the butter has melted, reduce the heat to low and continue cooking, until the solids sink to the bottom of the pan and turn golden brown, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and pour the browned butter into a small bowl. Stir the vanilla and lemon zest into the butter, then set aside to cool.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside until needed.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat the eggs at medium speed while gradually adding the sugar. Once all of the sugar has been added, increase the speed to medium-high and continue whipping the mixture until it's very thick and pale in color, about 3 to 4 minutes. Turn the mixer off and, using a silicon spatula, fold in the flour mixture in three additions, stirring just until combined. Fold in the butter mixture.
