Steps:

  • Puree Almond Breeze Almondmilk, sour cream, and cream cheese in a small blender until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until well mixed.
  • Transfer to a covered container and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with vegetables.

½ cup Original Unsweetened Almond Breeze Almondmilk
2 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream
1 (8 ounce) package 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons snipped fresh chives

Steps:

  • Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, chives, vinegar, dill, salt, parsley, garlic and hot sauce to a food processor and pulse to combine.

  • Place the yogurt in a medium bowl. (Save the container for storing your dip.) Add the garlic, dill and chives. Add ½ teaspoon of lemon zest and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and season with salt (about 1 teaspoon). Stir to combine and taste for seasoning. Be mindful not to oversalt if you plan to serve this with salty chips. Serve right away or transfer back to the container, cover and store in the fridge for up to 1 day.

  • Finely chop the garlic and then sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt. Work into a paste with the side of a chef's knife. Transfer to a medium bowl and add the mayonnaise, buttermilk, parsley, pesto, orange zest, scallions, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and a few grinds of pepper. Whisk until well blended.

  • Mince the garlic with a knife and then sprinkle on the salt and mash it into a paste with a fork.
