FRUIT AND KEIFFER PROBIOTIC POPSICLES
Keiffer is sold in the dairy section at whole foods. It is also know at other places as Glen Oaks strawberry drinkable yogurt It is a probiotic drink and is a thick yet drinkable yogurt. The juice is also a probiotic juice. This is a very healthy aternative for those sugary popsicles. More like a yogurt fruit popsicle. And the best part they are a mere 45 calories each

- Mix the three together well and pour into popsicle containers and wait over night or at least 6 hours for freezing to occure
- mix has has 270 calories 100 from strawberry keifer 85 from raspberry keifer 85 from blue goodness 270 calories divided by 6 = 45 calories each
FRESH FRUIT AND YOGURT ICE POPS
Simple and wholesome popsicles. My mom used to help us make these when we were kids and I still enjoy them years later. Use honey as an alternate sweetener, and blend the fruit to be either chunky or smooth.

Steps:
- Place the mixed blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, sliced bananas, yogurt, and sugar into a blender. Cover, and blend until fruit is chunky or smooth, as desired.
- Fill paper cups 3/4 full with fruit mixture. Cover the top of each cup with a strip of aluminum foil. Poke a popsicle stick through the center of the foil on each cup.
- Place the cups in the freezer for at least 5 hours. To serve, remove foil and peel off the paper cup.
