Steps:
- 1. blend all ingredients in a bowl and with a small whisk or fork, work until oil is mixed in and there are no lumps. Store in a spice jar. Good stuff.
GERMAN CHICKEN SALAD
Steps:
- 1. Cook chicken; remove fat and skin.
- 2. Shred chicken, by hand into bite size pieces.
- 3. Add mayonnaise, crushed pineapples and peas; stir.
- 4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
