- Coat the outside rim of a chilled cocktail glass with superfine sugar.
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice; add in tequila, Midori, and simple syrup; squeeze the juice from the lemon into the shaker.
- Shake mixture vigorously for 5-10 seconds; strain into the chilled cocktail glass.

- In a small saucepan, combine water and sugar over medium high heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
- In a small pitcher, combine sugar mixture, almond liqueur, lemon juice and lime juice, stirring well. Add champagne stirring gently to combine.
- Garnish with fruit and mint.
