Grandma's Peach Cobbler image

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place 1/2 cup butter in a casserole dish.
  • Place casserole dish in the preheating oven until butter is melted. Remove.
  • Mix remaining 1/4 cup butter, peaches, 1/2 cup white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract together in a bowl. Spread over melted butter in the casserole dish.
  • Mix remaining 1 cup white sugar, milk, flour, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl to make a smooth batter. Pour over peach mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Steps:

  • Prepare oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Prepare peaches, par boil and let sit in ice. Remove skins, cut around the peaches and pull out the pits. Dice the peaces, should fill up a rectangular baking pan.
  • In a medium bowl, add sugar and flour. Add butter at room temperature to the mixture, should be crumbly. Spread over peaches. Bake 350 untl the peach juice comes through the crumble, about 25 minutes.
  • Serve with frozen yogurt or vanilla icecream.

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Mix peaches, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a bowl. Pour into a 9x13-inch casserole dish. Cut butter into small pieces and dab evenly on top of peaches.
  • Mix flour, sugar, soy milk, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt together in a bowl. Spread topping over the peaches.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 45 minutes. Cool before serving.

Steps:

  • Melt margarine in an 11x7x2 pan in oven at 375°F While melting, mix sugar, bisquick and milk. Remove pan from oven and pour mixture inches DO NOT STIR.
  • Stir in tapioca with the peaches and syrup. Pour on top. DO NOT STIR.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar on top. DO NOT STIR. Bake 30 minutes at 375°F.
