Red Cabbage and Grape Salad image

Steps:

Whisk 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar with1 1/2 teaspoons sugar, 1 teaspoon dijon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon each chopped thyme and kosher salt and a few grinds of pepper in a large bowl. Whisk in 1/4 cup olive oil. Add 1/2 small head shredded red cabbage, 1 1/2 cups halved seedless grapes, 1/4 cup salted roasted sunflower seeds and 2 tablespoons chopped chives. Season with salt and pepper. Let sit at least 20 minutes before serving.

Steps:

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla until blended. Add grapes and toss to coat. , Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans just before serving.

Steps:

Wash the grapes and dry thoroughly with paper towels. Put the dry grapes in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar and vanilla. Mix well using an electric mixer. Pour this mixture over the grapes and toss together until all the grapes are coated. Chill in the refrigerator.
Just before serving, sprinkle with the brown sugar and pecans.
