GRAPE MUFFINS
This is a great and tasty muffin. Personaly i think they are best when they are frozen. From the "Breasts of Friends" cookbook-(my favorite!) Tip:You can extend the season of grapes by freezing them in 1 1/2 cup batches and throwing them into the batter frozen.

GRAPE-NUTS FLAKE MUFFINS
I love the flavor of Grape Nut Flakes and I have found a few of my favorite recipes with this cereal off of the Kraft website. I forget about the low fat cooking when these come straight out of the oven -the ole butter gets smeared on! =) These are also perfect for those folks looking for low sugar muffins.

- Using a pairing knife, carefully cut each grape in half. Remove the tiny seeds. They can have between 2-4 seeds. It is ok if the flesh and skins separate from each other. Disregard the seeds and place the seeded grapes in a bowl and the 1 tablespoon of flour and mix. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the 2 cups flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, and lemon zest. Whisk until the ingredients have been throughly combined.
